We have an inclusive approach to employee development which provides opportunities for personal and professional improvement for all staff. New staff follow an induction program which is tailored to the role they will fulfil and is aligned with specific business needs at that time. Training needs of existing staff are assessed at least on a six monthly basis via our appraisal system.
Over the years, our people focused approach has lent itself organically to building professional long-term relationships, based on mutual understanding, agreement and trust. As part of our initiative to continually exceed industry standards, our staff are engaged in their ongoing professional development, to ensure we remain worth knowing.
